A blind spot in this poll is that the people who want to spread awareness and convince others to shelter in place, as well as those who think this is a big overreaction and want us to leave our homes for the economy, could both be answering that Twitter has been a good thing.

I think it's been terrible for anxiety reduction and consistent medical advice, and excellent for finding much-needed ways to laugh and people to virtually hunker down with. So, effectively neutral.

Main positive is it allows experts to have a direct voice. They don't have to run all the information through the predictable questions of the media.

Re: mental health- I think the open discourse on Twitter is 10x better than regularly watching CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, etc.
