How tightly is that mountain gorilla population clustered? COVID-19 generally doesn't take large percentages of populations.
Other great apes can probably also get Covid-19, including endangered mountain gorillas. It is sad but I think they will be much better off than humans since they are not ruining their immunity by eating processed foods, seed oils, and the rest of the toxic modern lifestyle.
