I would say that with a forced lock-down you are not breaking any libertarian principle, if by your actions you cannot guarantee that you won't impinge in somebody else's health (and eventually life).
Normally I'm a libertarian who strongly favors freedom of association & freedom of movement. But given the pandemic, that would be insane.

If being free from the virus could be guaranteed, that'd be a different scenario. However we are in a situation where you could have it, transmit it to a WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE, and you won't even notice.
