Many SJWs I know, including myself, care for ageism and the well-being of the elderly. SJWs are as heterogeneous as any other group, so I guess it depends who you ask. It doesn't feel 'fair' to cherry pick the SJW-subgroup that conveniently doesn't care to make your argument.

I've followed the SJW movement very closely for years, and I recall almost no public concern among SJWs about ageism, and a lot of contempt towards old people for having non-PC views. Individual SJWs may care, but anti-ageism has simply not been a major part of the movement.

In our system older Americans live at the expense of the young. Consider the income tax, where younger, poorer people pay taxes to fund entitlement programs for older, richer people who happen to be lower income because they are retired. That’s ageism.

That's also true.

Surely this is on the old? If they isolate they won’t catch it?

Thank you for exemplifying my point.

"Immune system privledge", holy balls. This can not be the way rationale people think in this day and age.

It’s easier to make that decision when you’ve decided that it’s the old people who are stopping your intersectional utopia from happening.
