If the virus was an evil genius with a sophisticated PR system, it would be manipulating you to: 1) act partisan 2) blame other countries 3) argue about what to call it 4) worry more about 'the economy' than human lives So many people doing what a witless bug would want.

I do too. I have seen the models for casualties of the virus, but not comparisons relative to the economic impact.
