Is this a ridiculous question? If so, I apologize. But the country I have been worrying the most about has actually been India. Is it possible that private donations to the urban poor in India may help to save many more lives?
Not a ridiculous question at all. The cash might go further in India, and I'm terrified about how the pandemic will hit there.
