I think what she is asking for is by what criteria do we stay in this holding pattern? Till the curve flattens? Till the curve starts to decrease? Till either of these happen plus another week? Trying to gain control of what we can by understanding the decision trees here.
If she's asking for the decision tree, she should have asked for the decision tree -- not for a specific date.
