Another unanticipated benefit of families isolating for a few weeks or months might be the revival of many marriages, restoration of family life, & reconnection among relatives. Decoupling from what's not really necessary, but recoupling with what's really important.

My SO lashed out physically for the first time this week (just slapped my arm really hard.. but still crossed a line). Now we are “trapped” together and it’s pretty much torture.
