We might all be social-distancing at home for the next couple of months, in lock-down, needing amusement & entertainment -- but also personal growth & new challenges. I'm working on some recommendation lists of high-quality books & media. Which list would you like to see first?

Mr Miller, this is an excellent list and I thank you for sharing it. Are you familiar with the book 'sex at dusk' written as a retort to 'sex at dawn'?
-
Yes, I'll include it. Good idea.

I noticed that all of those are in a way about the human condition. No "Mathematics" category, for instance.
-
I read mostly psych-related stuff, and not much math or hard sciences (apart from pop cosmology). Thought it was best to stick with stuff I know pretty well, and let others recommend other stuff they know better...

I would recommend including both of the books by David Deutsch under Philosophy of Science perhaps. Also Richard Dawkins classics like The Selfish Gene and The Blind Watchmaker.
-
Selfish Gene was literally in his all time top ten.
