Let us assume that covid19 will not be that big of a deal... Does she honestly think that doomsdayers would walk back their previous comments? More likely everyone will justify what they said, concluding that it helped prevent worse scenario.

well, we do, as a society have a hard time dealing with death and we’ve been spoiled by our high standard of living that makes it easy to hide unpleasantness...when(if) i hit 85 i’ll probably stop getting flu shots...
