Also, most major universities, with tens of thousands of students living, studying, eating, & socializing in close proximity, have no contingency plans for a pandemic. They're not even discouraging air travel over spring breaks.

My brother is at MSU & we were talking about the disaster this would be for all the college kids just getting back from SB or heading on SB now. Unless universities shut down now, there will be major outbreaks at a lot of schools

That's a lie. They are definitely discouraging air travel over spring break. My university and most friends have sent out tons of emails.
