Over 60 million Americans were infected with the swine flu and well over 10,000 died. This was just 11 years ago. Was there this level of panic over that, or anything close to it?

Some leading virologists say it'll become endemic and something we will have to learn to live with just like the flu. Those wanting to dampen the hysteria aren't denying it's serious but panic buying toilet paper & screaming about end of days isn't helpful.

Every indication we have is that this is going to get very, very bad very, very quickly. Matt has been wrong and downplayed this thing since the beginning, considering his audience he is being very irresponsible.

12 people have unfortunately died, 9 of those were elderly living at the same nursing home, who had compromising health conditions.

Is there any indication in the data that suggests any of that could or would make the slightest difference going forward?
