Such an obviously defective design. The exterior walls in some places lack any windows whatsoever, and for no apparent practical reason. Building has totally unnecessary tight segmentation that will drive up construction/maintenance cost and yet provide little interior light.

It is a university. Classrooms above ( need natural light but not views) and an auditorium below ( hence the shape and no windows)
