due to environment concern, cost of building new petrochemical manufacturing plant in the US is prohibitively high. in china, you can just pollute the area w/o compensation or environmental cost at all.

US spent $1.7T on the "War on Terror", billions on "Somali Pirate Problem" (littoral ships), $250B on VA WOT after care, trillions more on "War on Poverty" & so on. Yet, no protection from virus, bacteria, prions, asteroids or aliens yet the roads are potholed, power goes out.

In what state could you clear the regulatory hurdles to build a factory in 30 days? Zoning, environmental, road planning, planning boards. You can’t build anything in the U.S. in under a year. Even in an emergency. We are a nation of states, sorry to tell you.
