All I know is that if your public restroom doesn't have doors that pivot out, why even have a place to wash your hands. I'm not a germ freak but I am not touching a door handle leaving a restroom.

It depends on why I'm washing and when. I can do it properly for sure but don't every time
I thought I did a good job, but then started counting to 20 as recommended and realized I normally probably get about 7 seconds of scrub. People who wet their hands then don't use soap mystify me.
