  Is the rank weighed by how many articles get published in the journal in total? If not, some journals with low throughput could get a good score by random chance. Might be a good application for empirical Bayes.

  Believing that God wrote a book and put all the answers to life’s problems & questions in it would certainly relieve stress. As I become more of a deist (belief God would say, like Easy-E, “don’t quote me ‘cuz I ain’t said sh-t” w/r/t holy texts) it makes things more confusing
