Agreed. "Just asking questions about environmental interventions" is probably dangerous because such ideas have hurt people (and continue to do so).

*Just*. You cannot *just* ask questions. The asking of questions shapes the landscape of thought, guiding how we dedicate cognitive and material resources—obviously! That's the entire point of them! Failing to acknowledge that as real power is irresponsible, to say the least.
