Isn't that what we do at the airports? One is at an airport and the other is in a high-crime area.

That's a very interesting point I hadn't thought about before. What makes airports so special, vs. high-crime areas? Higher potential death toll, but lower probability of an incident.

Absolutely not. Any violation of an individual's human and civil rights must be justified through due process of law. Cops can't just stop anyone they please and search them for no reason than the hopes of finding some element of criminality.

No. It's tempting cause it works. But it's a violation of individual rights. Find a better way. Specifically the actual stop and frisk issue.
