Posture is only really noticeable when it's either particularly bad or particularly pompous, or gay. Otherwise other qualities are more eye-catching.

People who don’t say “a lot”, are either not being honest, or, most likely, don’t realize it.

I always notice posture. I also often notice a person's gait and hip-knee-ankle angles.

I used to watch people for a living for 15 years of covert non uniform security work so it’s kinda habit,it gives clues but clues to what is the question, got to temper judgement of body language as it can change with familiarity & comfort levels physical &emotional
