Houses here in Albuquerque are about $100 per square foot. And it's always sunny.
Here in Northern Virginia it's like $160-170. And I live in the relatively cheaper part of NoVa. (Loudoun County) And we don't even have a beach!
I might settle for Belen, but my wife would need persuading.
Albuquerque has the best food in America.
And middle America would be more balanced if more liberals moved there.
