There's going to be the 2020s in China, and the 2020s everywhere else. Everywhere else will matter less.

It could be worse. The West could have decided not to outsource millions of jobs at the expense of its own working-class in order to enrich China. I mean, just imagine if millions of working-class men had manufacturing jobs that would have allowed them to start families.

What really matters are the numbers on the quarterly earnings reports. Immigration can just be used to deal with the destruction of the possibility of family creation for American citizens.
