I love how Alan Watts used to employ buddhism to facilitate the sense of belonging in humans, who felt alone and stranded in this enormous, seemingly hostile universe. We're truly a part of all of "this".

Yea, I was never on board with the we are just a speck- therefore, we are insignificant. If anything, the factors of existence lend themselves towards importance while grasping the scope of "us" within that which makes us seem like a speck.

Nay, each particle is sentient, they just allow us to be part of their's.
