That's true, probably, though I think there may be gregarious trolls. I got tired of being a lightning rod moderating a forum, so I just like commenting here, though that could change.
Taleb has almost a half million followers, and I think he has played the role of troll at times. Aren't there any popular, even famous, trolls?
