Dem/Repub goverments in NYC are as corrupt as they come. London, not nearly as corrupt. Just as healthcare for all in UK vs healthcare for all in US, maternity/paternity leave, public school quality, water quality, better actors (support the arts!) lol.
And yet, the London Underground works pretty well. I'm truly baffled about what makes the difference. Why is NYC such a clusterf**k?
