I think their logic is rather transparent.

Transmen can get knocked up? I don't really see how that's a trans issue. It's definitely a people with a vagina and a uterus issue. Maybe the hormones would lead to complications likely to make termination the most straightforward option.

It's a fairly odd point since one common bit of leftist infighting is feminists wanting trans activists to care more about women's reproductive health and abortion. It's just odd to assert these are inherently aligned.

Its all word salad: Access to breathable air and trans health care go hand in hand — trans people need and deserve access to civil and human rights, including the right to breathable air. Trans rights are human rights.

I’m assuming the point is that a biological female that identifies as male should have access to abortions? I was unaware that trans men were being specifically prevented from abortions? Also all this shit is why the dems are going to struggle in a general election.
