I appreciate your efforts, but pretty sure academia permanently lost long time ago. Current system running like a mafia & a cult. You're up against ppl who play a dirty game.
Evolution happens when mistakes are culled. Consider reapplying efforts to alternatives to academia. 
I’m a Professor at a university of 30,000+ students and not 1 person in my 20+ faculty department is liberal. They are all either Libertarians or Republican. But I’ve actually noticed the incoming freshman class is starting to lean back towards the right politically. Hope.
