Product idea : browser plugin to adjust news story bias whichever way you want it instead of accepting the authors original settings.

Many twitter responses are already generated this way, especially from the LEFT. SUPPORT troll accounts and numerous in an attempt to push their agenda and appear to be many people.

I'd certainly favor a news outlet with a transparency policy that lets users see/use the code. We'd obviously have to depend on people capable of testing it for us who we trust to give fair reviews.

All news is biased. Fox is biased right, the other TV news is biased left as far as I can tell (I don't watch news very often). I'd think a better standard would be to require news outlets to have an editorial stance, and to endorse candidates. We then filter based on that data.

How so? Neutral can be achieved by just distilling facts. Bias would require understanding which things lean which direction politically which seems to be a different thing from simply distilling facts.
