I'm a utilitarian, which I suppose is the a version of 'moral realism', i.e. taking other sentient beings seriously.

By definition of subjective morals. Actually all philosophies that do not agree with a "law of nature" have subjectivity as the only test for morals (epicureism for ex)

"Actual immorality" would be impossible to define, so the subjective defintion would be the only one to make sense here.
