Yes, by definition. However, it is absolutely not a sign that the action should be banned by law.

Why 'by definition'? No serious moral philosophy in history has ever accepted moral disgust as a dispositive sign of actual immorality.

morality is all subjective, so if it's morally disgusting to you then it is immoral to you. If that means your society considers it immoral is a far bigger and harder question to answer.
