Indicators of youthfulness should fade with time, or else they wouldn't be reliable indicators of youthfulness. Are you saying people shouldn't favor youthfulness in mate choice?

There is a lot of potential is/ought confusion raised by that question. I have zero doubt that you and I would avoid it given bandwidth, but for now I'll just say I do not think hotness is youthful beauty, despite the fact that hotness is clearly closely connected to youth.

Very strongly correlated. Youthfulness of course meaning closest to ideal age for reproduction, so young =\= hotter.
