I don't think so -- Flynn effect seems _probably_ way too fast to be explained by genomic selection; but might partly reflect outbreeding? Anyway, I'm still puzzled by the Flynn effect.

A tightening of focus on enhancing specific traits with each generation. But would not the inverse, an increasing divergence from other traits, be expected? A mating version of 'Use it or lose it.' Focus on the head and lose the body.
