@rorysutherland has been raving about air fryers for a long time. I got an Instant Pot this year but think I should have got one of these instead.
And in other news, my new Cosori air fryer (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T2LGN8P/ …) is great and cooks many things very toothsomely with Maillard reactions and everything. Why were these not invented sooner? Highly recommended, esp. for people who otherwise hate cooking https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maillard_reaction …

I love my Breville instant pot. Many foods, especially stews and braises have more flavor than when cooked the traditional way. I would get an air fryer but I don’t have room to store it.
