Those promoting the abrogation of the Constitution are far more dangerous than a rogue president. Rule of Law will ultimately vanquish lawlessness. Intent to nullify the defining prinicles of the Republic is an existential threat to it!
The slippery slope argument was created to refute this reasoning, it is incredibly obvious, yet advocates of hate speech laws keep thinking it will be fine and won't instantly be turned against them. Every one of us holds some minority views which could be silenced by such laws.

Yet the rest of the MSM still view @washingtonpost and @nytimes as the bastions of great reporting and enlightened opinion, particularly here in the UK where their US correspondents slavishly follow their lead.
