This actually makes a much better case for monogamous relationships being the solution to many of societies newly acquired problems than it does for polyamory being a reasonable alternative that we should devote time and effort towards.
I'll take that as a compliment, that i succeeded in trying to be fairly balanced and objective.

No one of relevance says swinging is the end of western civilization. It’s just a lazy form of living for people unwilling to compromise. Data shows most of these relationships fail and are imbalanced. It’s also crusty as hell to bring up children such an environment.
