There are many excellent books and writers that never break through, so saying "its a good book," is not an adequate explanation. Having a good book is only the first stage of building an audience. My question was: what other steps did he or she take?
Others can answer better than I can; I hadn't really heard of @Delicious_Tacos until a few months ago. But then, there are lots of good bloggers/authors I'm unfamiliar with.
