There are probably some improvements that can be made to the birthrate in terms of practical realities which enable women to afford to have more children & also be able to pursue their other life goals at the same time. I'm all in favour of that.
I agree that pronatalism needs to be practical, not just ideological. But there won't be support for the practical policies until people understand the demographic catastrophe we face.
Look at the economic side. The objective is to maximize GDP and corporate profits. That is done by forcing women into the workplace. When they don’t reproduce enough, just open up immigration (and maximize more profits off low-end cheap labor, and high-end specialists).
Not being insulted, demeaned and marginalised would have been a good idea, perhaps explaining how no-one, men or women could "have it all” - but too late for women now.
