I enjoy your tweets - they are often informative. But I don't have your back on this one. Cricket protein is highly sustainable and nearly tasteless when used as a flour. Although, to take you literally, I have no idea what the implications are on gut health.

I appreciate the ethical case for eating crickets rather than bigger-brain animals that can suffer more. But I want to see more data on health implications.
