So this is basically a reverse index of how whiny each country’s business executives are.

I dont consider rail as an option for interstate travel. New Jersey to Manhattan doesn't count.
NJ to Manhattan is also not really an option.
For freight, trains in the U.S. are great. I read once that the shipping cost per kilogram-kilometer is just a fraction in the U.S. of what it is in most other places.
