Yes. The EU might have the nasty habit of holding referenda until they get their desired result and then never again, this isn't the EU. I suspect people are ever more supportive of leaving as its democracy at its finest. And future elections will show it.

Will the EU collapse beforehand? Not likely, although the currency has been flaky and predictions aren't good. I think the effects of automation will prevent a collapse in the end.

Not sure if you can call it an 'achievement', but in any case there is no mandate for a no-deal Brexit. The Leave campaign very explicitly advertised that they'd exit w/ a deal and I *highly* doubt the Yes vote would've surpassed the 50% mark otherwise.
