I still don't understand how the its banned. Right or wrong, it is the publisher's imperative to choose whether or not your book will be published by them. You provided your email address in hopes that another company would reach out. Banned =/= private company making a choice.
Banned because the publisher is responding to government policies that impose litigation risk. Not just a private business decision, but a direct result of state policy.
