The article implies that 'implicit bias' (a) has been radically over-sold, (b) has not been shown to be a useful concept at all, yet, and (c) it would have to pass six rather rigorous empirical & theoretical criteria, that it doesn't pass yet, to prove it has any real value.

Fair enough. But the Big Bang has rather strongly evidence, and it hasn't been politically weaponized by HR departments.
