No it isn't hard. That's the whole point of behavior genetics, from cross_cultural adoption studies to GWAS studies.

Behavior genetics is mainly within one culture / group. GWAS is too. Cross-cultural adoption can give some insight yes.

If it isn't that hard, then how come there is many people who you can't even convince that group differences are not *zero* part genetic? If the exact proportions are easy to disentangle, rejecting this hypothesis should be a slam dunk.
