Hypothesis: students act more professional when there's a corporate-level view.

I think having a nice classroom shows to students that the uni is invested in them, so they are more invested in the room. I can also teach better when I am not crammed in a windowless box that smells of ciggs from decades ago. Also, people just like being in nicer spaces.
