      The real problem with Chick-fil-A isn't their politics. The problem is that, given factory farming, eating chicken imposes more far more suffering on other sentient animals, pound for pound, than eating beef. (Chickens are much smaller than cows, & suffer more.)

      Research on chicken cognition suggests they are probably smarter than cows, IMHO.

      I'd argue chickens have more individuality than cows. Talk with people who raise both.

          I reviewed a paper on chicken personality not too long ago. Though, I'm not sure whether the presence/absense of robust personalities is a good measure of ability to suffer. Some of the most robust personalities ever measured have been in wasps and other insects & arthropods.

          OK But he said "I raised both" and you replied "talk to someone who raised both" So if you did post something elsewhere based on "actual evidence" why were you suggesting he "talk to someone who raised both" which you must consider not "actual evidence" by contrast
