On others? Good to know that chickens are valued, but at what point do u draw the line? U would c a human (chickens are the largest consumable meat in the world) not eat than disturb a chicken?
Your definition of a particular being’s suffering is subjective. Free markets tend to work for a reason and the savagery of nature is neither good or bad.
Do animals impose suffering on other animals? If we are meat eaters, how much ‘calculation’ needs to happen to justify a choice?
