It seems worth acknowledging that he did say the first part of that (that women have inferior faculties, where those faculties are pretty explicitly linked to the brain). Though second part seems like a stretch.

Darwin didn't say women have inferior faculties. He said they did not achieve the eminence in many fields, so far, that men achieved. Very big difference.

At least she accepts that there are differences between male and female brains. Whether we judge them to be great, consequential, or insignificant for all practical purposes, requires becoming better informed about the science that exists.
