If gender feminists support sexual equality in all things, why don't they organize marches against alimony?

PS of the ex-spouses receiving alimony as of 2010 (latest figures I could find), 97% are woman and 3% are men. https://www.forbes.com/sites/emmajohnson/2014/11/20/why-do-so-few-men-get-alimony/#4e5db97a54b9 … There are very few good stats on net wealth transfers from men to women, including alimony. Wonder why???

I'm all for transparency on this, but if the man and woman agreed together that they would invest in his career and not hers (she would work part time or not at all to care for the house/kids/dogs), then she probably needs support (at least initially) to get back on her feet.

Does the man get repaid for the time he spent away from the kids to make that money so the wife could stay home? It’s tricky.

It's a coordination problem. Men rightly sense voicing dissent lowers their stock in women's estimation ("Is he such a low earner that he has to worry about losing a little?") compared to men who act like they don't give a shit.

Is this an example of a statistical tail? I’m sure there are more female breadwinners by the numbers than in the past, but still. Are we concentrating on a minority of cases? Not an invalid question tho, for each party this affects.

Anecdotally I have a colleague divorcing her husband and her spoken desire to shuttle and hide assets to leave him (the lesser earner) as little as possible is tragicomedy exemplifying how f’d-up divorce is for both parties regardless of circumstance or gender role participant.
