I say Base because House might be confused with a rehab place? When I hear "(Blank) House" I think rehab.

For some reason I'm getting like ya said "electric" metaphor vibes as well. You can work it in with the building/house thing if u use "arc" or "arch" (arcing is common electrical parlance and arch or even ark would carry it phonetically as well as literaly)

Sentient Space.

I like Sentience Park because it seems the most expansive, the least finite. Sentience Base is fine, but my association is a base camp on a mountain, which seems like a more limited space. Have you considered just Sentience?
