OK, poll time. Would the overall number of health care jobs in the U.S. economy - including care provision, insurance, other services, etc. - go up or down under a Bernie-style M4A plan?

@Kit_66 says, it's not clear to me that we will lose more admin/billing employees from the current system than we will gain in bureaucrats/govt admin jobs & endless levels of subcontractors -

Those synergies would likely be offset in other areas because more people would take advantage of non emergency primary care.

...And maybe that offset would be offset by people generally being in better health because they would get the help they need when they need it, and because everyone wouldn't be so stressed about whether getting sick is going to bankrupt us and our families before we die.
