This is _precisely_ equal to saying 'Every person in this country has a right to all the labor & resources of everybody else, to be expropriated through the coercive power of the state, & redistributed as the state sees fit'. Replacing good private-sector jobs with less-desirable public-sector jobs is a cost of nationalizing health care. It will make the medical profession less desirable. It will make America a less desirable-destination for highly-skilled immigrant doctors.

That said, there is an argument for the government to replace, or at least provide a competing alternative to private health insurance, which is a sector protected from market pressures by regulatory red-tape, and which is notoriously inefficient.
